One week for 1-3 years, 2 weeks for 3-5 years, 3 weeks for 5-15 years, 4 weeks 15+ years of service. No benefits for General Service. Time granted every quarter beginning January 1st for. If you qualify for one week annually then you will accrue 10 hours every 3 months

As a salaried, new employee I was able to negotiate a fair amount of vacation time off. Goodyear does value family and off time. They also give us a nice amount of sick days based on length of service which can be helpful for medical situations.

Thay take 40 hours of vacation for july shut down witch is not bad on a 12 hour shift .vacation

For hourly it is per the bargaining contract. For salaried it’s competitive.
