I did most of the work while in management and was screwed because the other manager did next to nothing and they gave him my job.

Cheaper insurance and copay. More life insurance. Also need a better bonus system. Need to make all pau equal for the specific job.

The pension has been done away with and the 401k contribution match is only 2%. The bonus has been cut significantly.
