Engaging with peers. Taking on new challenges and finding solutions for how the company and team can operate better. I like to feel like I am overcoming challenges across the organization.
The perks before COVID were good but they have diminished since many of them are physical. There isn't anything like 401K matching and a lot of the benefits, it feels like a lot of the "compensation" conversations are pending the acquisition?
They are bright, engaged, and hopeful. I love that the team steps up to manage issues/deficiencies in structure and leadership while at the same time working to leave the situation in a better place as they move on. I think they're adaptable, skilled, and thoughtful.
At the upper levels, they understand the priority of the organization and then it's needs overall. They get that they need to maintain a clear trajectory. There is a focus on commercial success and on making sure the regulatory elements at play are being addressed.
Focused on the goal of improving lives and making a product where there wasn't much a few years ago. It's great to have visibility into how other aspects of the company operate, and you have the ability to reach out and learn new things as time permits. There are still growth opportunities.
