I think the leadership team is full of competent individuals
The people I work directly with keep me happy in the work I do. The science I work on keeps me confident in the work I do.
GRAIL does have a good amount of inclusivity. From all levels of the company. Though those on the management teams tend to be a little disconnected from the day to day activity, I will say that once a dialog is open they too are very helpful and as inclusive as possible.
GRAIL has never been in short supply of hardworking individuals. Their drive and commitment to the job as well as one another is what keeps GRAIL a company worth working. If you need any examples, simply look at the people who risked their own safety most weekdays being onsite during the pandemic.
The team I work on has been absent a true team manager for more than half a year. As time moves on, the responsibilities of each individual has grown to fill the void of the manager. We have seen no compensation for it, and though we are looking there seems to be no urgency in filling the position.
