My overall experience has been good. However, due to lack of technology and resources to do our job within my department and the lack of trust, it has proven to be challenge. I really believe in GRAIL and our mission and plan on being here for the long haul but I can only speak for myself.

Trusting the people they have hired to do the job and providing each team with the proper technology and resources to do our job to the best of our ability.

Currently there isn't a clear job description or salary range for my role so I would like to see that. There are no clear expectations my role which makes it nearly impossible to come up with 3-5 performance goals that I could actually focus on.

They are all willing to go above and beyond for the greater good of the company and the mission, they really believe in the product even though there is a whole lot of ambiguity, lack of technology and resources which makes for a lot of manual work and burn out.
