It is competitive compared to the market, a lot of potential upside in the equity and compensation is reviewed twice a year.

Focus on values in the hiring process means that the team is full of empathetic, helpful people who will work hard to get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that everyone makes time to connect and build connections. Regular opportunities to meet new team members (especially during Covid WFH) and a positive culture for being available and helping each other.
