
Honestly I love that every year the company brings all of the customer service team to Florida for our yearly meeting. That's a pretty huge expense that they could just shrug off and make it an online thing, but they are committed to making it a fun experience.
Love that even though the team I work with are all remote, we're close and have a strong connection. I feel like I can ask them anything and I'll have the support of multiple people. I never feel isolated or like I don't have people who support me.
I do feel that my base salary is not comparable to others in my area with similar job descriptions and roles. If the company and leadership team would take a honest look at regional cost of living expenses and adjust base rates of pay off of that, it would certainly make me feel better.
I love that I get to work on different projects all the time. It's a similar process to get the job done, but each project is for a different topic/promotion. There is also a lot of satisfaction that comes from working with a great client who I have come to build a very strong relationship with.
