  • "Unlimited" e.g. take as much as you want, as long as it's not too much, but we don't tell you how much is too much, so you're just fearful and guessing and don't take as much as you would if we had a real policy! Didn't experience much push back while actually requesting, but they are definitely counting the days to see how 'committed' you are to the company.
