We are close like family and we meet regularly to catch up and stay on top of what everyone is doing. Good consistent check ins and feedback.
The regular check ins help all of us remember that we have a support network at work that genuinely cares about us and our wellbeing. We know that not every office environment has that family attitude and we are so grateful that our office does!
