The Leadership team needs to focus on creating a truly flat versus Top Down approach and eliminate fear based management. Put more focus on Equal Pay for Equal work, following US contract laws and treating women respectfully.
HR is not qualified to properly assess pay for experience, does not understand required equal pay for equal work laws. Replace US HR staff, create proper job level system, as req’s for gov’t contracts, require more DEI training for middle managers and fire people who harass and put people d
