Good to start a career

Good benefits. Flat organization. Can work on. Variety of projects. But have to be in charge of your own career

There is no care or concern shown towards employees. Rules are arbitrarily enforced and employees are expected to send their own review data. People from other departments are pulled to do work outside of their job scope.

It is okaybit can be difficult.

The U.S. branch of Hatch lacks organization and needs to replace their business devlopment team and Human Resources staff. The Human Resources staff have very little knowledge of US labor laws. U.S. management ignores DEI issues (gender diversity and equal pay) at the various levels of the company.

Be more interactive and listen to employees. Their status is always set to 'busy' and they are not responsive. No support is given.

The Leadership team needs to focus on creating a truly flat versus Top Down approach and eliminate fear based management. Put more focus on Equal Pay for Equal work, following US contract laws and treating women respectfully.

Cerrtainly needs some work in terms of connection

HR is not qualified to properly assess pay for experience, does not understand required equal pay for equal work laws. Replace US HR staff, create proper job level system, as req’s for gov’t contracts, require more DEI training for middle managers and fire people who harass and put people d

We work for a big company but small teams. Best of both worlds.

Coworkers typically only work 9:30-3:30pm, and lack proper understanding of standard project management process and QC controls. Onboarding buddy was nonexistent. Manager needed to dramatically improve communication skills.

They should stop making the only woman in the room take the meeting minutes

General openness of the organization structure that allows people of all seniority levels to interact with one another.

Respect for women and what they do would be really helpful. Most of the EAs are smarter than their bosses.

Information needs to be shared with all new employees about requirements and methods to improve in the company.

The interesting project work available and opportunity to increase job responsibilities over time from project to project. The ability to choose the types of projects I can work on.

Improve the culture of the company and respect for women. Interviews are very skewed toward men.
