Everyone is friendly. We like to work together

This company does not provide the same positive environment for everyone.

At least it's inclusive and international.

General openness of the organization structure that allows people of all seniority levels to interact with one another.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect for women and what they do would be really helpful. Most of the EAs are smarter than their bosses.
