
Hiring people who actually do their work correctly and stay up-to-date with changes and procedures. Hold staff accountable for incorrect data entered that can have negative effects on providers and patients.
Diversity is good however, I was racially profiled to allow other ethnic groups, although they were not as qualified. Favoritism by management is rampant in my department. Tried to leave department first year of employment but they gave me low review so I could not transfer out.
