Its in trouble, if your not management then don't expect your salary to grow by much. The benefits make up for it but in the end the lack of salary begins to be a big factor. Also this is the place where your skill set goes to die, keep up to date on your skills.

HCSC is trying to upgrade technically but doesn't have leaders who know how to implement modern tech practices. Hiring consultants to run the business has been a disaster for the company. No one is happy and management is not listening to understand what the employees need to make this place fully operational.
What part of Health Care Service Corporation's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Healthcare is a tricky business to be in now with so much uncertainty. I am not confident that HCSC has understanding of the market.
