Health Catalyst has deliberately built a mission-driven culture, focused on principles rather than rules. Leadership trusts team members to make good decisions, based on operating principles, and discourages micro-management. The company looks for every team member to have three cultural attributes--be smart, hard-working and humble. Health Catalyst has the most positive culture of any company in my career.
The company has a great culture of work life balance. They treat employees as a person not like a number. They understand that you are more than just an employee and that life is not just work. They provide you with the tools to do your job well. They support you learning and growing in your career.
