I liked the quick pace of the interview process. Unlike a lot of companies I have interviewed with, the interview process at Health Catalyst didn't drag on and I heard back within a reasonable ount of time.
The HR rep talked about salary right away and was very open during salary negotiations.

Our recruiters don't always keep tabs on the people who have interviewed. I've had friends that I've referred for jobs, and the recruiters were not proactive in reaching out to them when they weren't selected to move forward. They just kept waiting for an update until I finally reached out for one.
