Our team is very caring and collaborative. Everyone is approachable and is supportive when you need help or have a question.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers lean heavily on others for help, which is fine when people are starting out, but after they've been doing the job for several years they need to be more self-sufficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very supportive of eachother and very humble. I appreciate being able to reach out to teammates without feeling judged or that I'm annoying them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the quick pace of the interview process. Unlike a lot of companies I have interviewed with, the interview process at Health Catalyst didn't drag on and I heard back within a reasonable ount of time.
The HR rep talked about salary right away and was very open during salary negotiations.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More rigorous process would be ideal
Our recruiters don't always keep tabs on the people who have interviewed. I've had friends that I've referred for jobs, and the recruiters were not proactive in reaching out to them when they weren't selected to move forward. They just kept waiting for an update until I finally reached out for one.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people i get to work with on a daily basis
I enjoy meeting and collaborating with my direct team.
We do meaningful work that impacts patients' lives.
