What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very supportive of eachother and very humble. I appreciate being able to reach out to teammates without feeling judged or that I'm annoying them.
Innovation, transparency and a willingness to listen and act on improvement ideas no matter where they come from.

The company has employee resource groups which help promote diversity. The groups aren't as strong as the groups at other companies, but at least they exist at Health Catalyst.
