What would you improve about your company's interview process?Our recruiters don't always keep tabs on the people who have interviewed. I've had friends that I've referred for jobs, and the recruiters were not proactive in reaching out to them when they weren't selected to move forward. They just kept waiting for an update until I finally reached out for one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Some coworkers lean heavily on others for help, which is fine when people are starting out, but after they've been doing the job for several years they need to be more self-sufficient.
