
It varies on which location you are based at. If you're in Nashville you get a generous PTO balance that is available in full for use at the beginning of the year. Outside of Nashville you'll accrue your PTO on a monthly basis and can only carry over 40 hours from year to year.
They just changed it and called it a benefit. However, they really took away time. Managers don't like for you to take PTO and expect you to work on your time off. They ask why you are taking PTO to determine if they will approve it or not.
PTO is accrued according to your amount of time at the company. Very flexible on use of PTO.
