
Executive team has not been listening to the teammates when they provide feedback. The 401k, PTO, Maternity leave, pay, and benefits across the board have been scrutinized by employees for years with no sympathy from leadership. Recently maternity leave was increased from 40 hrs of paid time (yeah you read that right) to 6 weeks, so the company had a chance to give a noteworthy maternity leave benefit and instead went with 6 weeks. PTO was recently revamped as well but only for the employees in the Nashville office.
