
Some of the staff at Maxwell is really talented and I learn from them each day.
Overall there does seem to be some concern for the well being of the team. The mental health days and volunteer days are examples.
We seem to always be starting new business lines or rolling out new products and services, but we can't seem to actually focus on doing one thing right before we are off doing something new.
The leadership team needs to focus on running the business and not constantly talk about raising money. Maybe if the leadership team actually understood the industry more they wouldn't need more money all the time.
