I have been working for HomeLight for a year now and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every day of work. The company understands that the job can get somewhat repetitive so they make sure that every day you have new resources available so I can perform at my best.

I like how transparent they are with everyone on the sales team. It is great to understand the issues that management is spending most of their time on.

Everyone from leadership down always has a positive outlook. No matter the situation, everyone is able to put the past behind them and do their best each and every day.

My team is very friendly and caring. We all have a great time interacting with one another in and outside of work. It gives me a boost of energy knowing I get to see them in person when we are in the office.

The fact that culture is a main priority within the company. My managers are always checking in to make sure that I am in a good headspace and are always available if I need anything. They will do whatever is necessary to help.
