I really enjoy getting to collaborate with my coworkers.
The leadership team isn't afraid to apologize when they mess up, which is something I've never seen at any other company.
My team is full of great and diverse people. I enjoy working with my coworkers. There's no one person who I just roll my eyes and think "I have to talk to you again."
I appreciated getting to talk to a wide range of people in a wide range of roles - and when I got on the inside I learned they take group conversations about whether someone is a good hire seriouslly.
Cash comp is high and the band is publicly advertised with each role, and being a good negotiator isn't necessary to get paid well. And the majority of our benefits are usable by everyone at the company, no bullshit perks that only some can use.
Honeycomb is genuinely walking the diversity talk due to the queer woman and Asian woman cofounders as well as inclusive hiring practices. I think there is a way to go on equity and inclusion, but nobody in our industry has solved this completely. Also, hybrid working is great!
