There is great respect for start on time, end on time. My team members are personable, intelligent, and make effective use of time. I have found HopSkipDrive to be a strong collaborative and learning environment.

HopSkipDrive offers unlimited PTO and encourages its employees to use their time off. It is often brought up that we should take care of ourselves and personal matters so that we can bring our best selves into our workplace.

Working directly with educators to help solve the issues they are having getting their students home and to school safely. We are an alternative to bussing and vans and are often supporting individual students who, without HopSkipDrive, wouldn't have any other options.

I love that each team/department is very close. I have close friends that I work with on my team. However, there is strong encouragement and opportunities to create cross-department relationships. I enjoy getting together with friends in other departments to catch up and problem solve.
