The best part about the compensation package is knowing that I am getting paid what I think I am worth and well as what the company thinks I am worth as well. Knowing that they take into consideration the experience when walking into an interview is something not every company does.

Knowing that people are coming in with a positive attitude and working toward a common goal and willing to help whenever you need it is the most positive about this company. Everyone is willing to stop what they're doing if I have a question, and always willing to point you in the right direction.

My team is so unique and different, yet we can all find commonalities and get along day in and out. We don't mind giving each other a hard time, but also recognize when we are having an off day and being their for each other. They are the best, and truly the backbone to my daily successes.

The most happy I feel is being able to connect with everyone in different departments and levels of the company at any given time of the day. The entire floor is open and being able to pass by someone in student success or even see our CEO walking around with us, it makes for an open community!

They take time out of their days every single day to come around and say good morning or if they miss it in the morning to at least come around and see how our days are. High fives and high energy keeps me coming in day in and out to do the very best at my job! So much appreciation for them.
