In particular, Joe Patterson, it fully invested in the PEOPLE that work here and takes time DAILY to walk around and speak to each individual. I feel valued by the leadership team. Maybe not always on an individual level, but I know that my contribution goes to the overall company goal.

BEING MORE TRANSPARENT. NO ONE REALLY LISTENS TO OR EVEN ASK ES WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE LEADS. WE CAN SEE TRENDS AND WHATS GOING ON IN THE FRONTLINES , WE ARE NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT LEADS AS EXCUSES; WE ARE GIVING FEED BACK FOR MARKETING /VENDORS TO MAKE TWEEKS ETC.. OR TO SAY THINGS ARE GREAT.

Listening to the people - there are a lot of great ideas out there that are overlooked everyday. Also cutting ties with problematic people - there are a lot of people still working in the company that have been openly divisive & counter culture. Yet, they still exist and that has been disheartening.
