
There were a lot of interviews, but it was because they wanted to make sure I would contribute to the culture positively. They focused on the "culture fit" because they safe guard it and they mean it. They value internal referrals because those who work here know the important of good team work

The process is usually a set of at least three separate interviews. Questions are good, not too hard, but they hone in on your skill set to be sure you are a good match.
