They're accessible to everyone. And they know everyone. I've received personal well wishes when a family member passed, and personal Happy Birthday greetings on my birthday.

We are small but powerful. We work together amazingly well, even when sudden projects come up. Or maybe especially when they come up. Many hands lighten a heavy load, and that's true for us.

I am able to utilize both my left and right brain. I can be creative and I can be organized and constructive. I feel accomplished when a project is finished and accepted with enthusiasm.

It was relaxed and comfortable, and because of that I connected quickly with the people I would be working for. We realized quickly how much we are alike, and it made the decision to accept the job offer very easy.
