The commission is great, the salary is going to better now that we are getting a 10k raise. The benefits as a whole (health insurance) could be better.

Very motivating and exciting. It is a competitive environment but our leaders never shut us down instead they motivate us to get better and be our best, Fun perks too.

They at least make me feel like they truly care, if they didn't they are really good at bull shitting :) haha but no really, I feel very appreciated here. They also are very supportive, fun, and motivating individuals.
