Overall this has been the best company I've worked for in my young professional career. I finally feel like I work with like minded and driven individuals who want to help me succeed as much as I want to help them succeed. I blessed to have this opportunity. The p beat attitude and the drive to succeed and do more. It drives me to achieve my goals but also surpass them. That bleeds over into the company as a whole and I believe that's why we thrive in our industry.

I love the base pay as most companies are paying well below. I also enjoy the uncapped commission and the unlimited PTO. I like the work/life balance that Innovien offers. Many other companies don't do this and I feel it hurts their retention for employees.

The smiles that they all have on their faces no matter what. They are always very welcoming and super helpful. I like that they push you to critically think also and won't just hold your hand along the way, they want you to grow with them.

My immediate team is the bomb.com. We all hype each other up on the good days and pick eachother up on the bad days. They are a great source of inspiration, ideas, laughs and all around positive impact throughout the days, weeks and soon to be years at Innovien.

I love the music in the office. I like to bop and do my work but it also gives me a sense of calm and allows me to absolutely kill it at my job. But there are so many things that make me happy. Co workers, food, office environment (cleanliness, lighting, equipment, etc).
