The fact I can go into their office and talk to them/ask advice if I need to. Not everyone can say they are able to walk into the President's or CEO's office to ask them how I can be better personally and professionally. They are invested in our personal development just as much as our professional.

The harder we work, the more you earn. I have a great base salary that is allowing me to grind and build business so later I am able to reap the rewards. The sky is the limit on how much you can earn, but it's determined by me - not by anyone else and I love that.
