I was followed up with regularly and given an interview both over the phone and in person, but it didn't feel like too many interviews. Took a while to be hired though.
Bring pay more in line with industry average for positions across the company. Include vision coverage. Start some matching of 401k contributions. Give equity so that when the company does better we all do better. Maybe not all of these, but at least some.
