Recognizing that giving 2% raises during high inflation is not appropriate, it is essentially a pay cut. Recognizing that without the people that build their product they wouldn't have their bonuses.
As I said before a 2% raise given during times of high inflation is a pay cut. We onboard amazon, did everything in record time, every team got affected by it, all that stress due to the mismanagement of the whole process... for a pay cut? Makes leadership look bad
