
Interacting with my team members
My team is very fun, intelligent, and hard-working. We're all new and trying to make good impressions which is refreshing.
The work culture is incredibly relaxed and understanding of life outside of work. Sometimes I feel its too lax. People are just waiting around for others to do work or are okay if things lag or delay.
I just got here. Feel like I should be getting paid more considering the type of work I'm doing and the role I'm filling. We also just lost a member so will probably need to step up.
The leadership team is very nice and mean well. I think we need more strategic decision making, an emphasis by the leadership team on how we're doing against KPIs and benchmarks we've set, projected against baseline, optimistic, and aggressive targets and business alignment on addressing tech debt.
