
They are horrible for front end in Chicago, IL. As of June 2017, anyone hired for front end after this date will receive: No holiday pay No incentive for working on Sunday No Sick Days No vacation days You have to work for 1 year and yes you will work a full 8 hour shift every Sunday and holiday until then. I understand taken advantage, but having a new employee work every Sunday and holiday (With the exception of Christmas because the store is closed) is ridiculous. Sunday is one of the busiest days and you staff the registers with new hires or teens who can't ring liquor then wonder why customer just leave full carts everywhere.
Not too many people are happy about the coverage. every time we have a we sign a new contract seem like they cover less.
