The people who hire account managers need to hire account managers who can ACTUALLY manage Accts instead of hiring ?

JLL needs to recognize their employees and compensate them instead of creating a rating system that forces managers to not be able o accurately rate their subordinates because the current rating system only allows so many people to be rated in each category. So it forces some to be rated less
I have worked for JLL for over 10 years and in all my years they continue to find ways to rate me as a high performer but then they screw me over on merit increases or 100 % of my bonus and blame the client and take no responsibility for their decisions. JLL is a crappy employer!
