Ethics - the company does NOT increase your pay or pay you your bonus at 100% even when you exceed the expectations of your position. They screw you out of your bonus and they don’t pay you severance even though you are qualified for a severance when

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for JLL for over 10 years and in all my years they continue to find ways to rate me as a high performer but then they screw me over on merit increases or 100 % of my bonus and blame the client and take no responsibility for their decisions. JLL is a crappy employer!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I directly manage up to 15 people and my team is amazing! The problem with JLL are the upper upper management

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
JLL needs to recognize their employees and compensate them instead of creating a rating system that forces managers to not be able o accurately rate their subordinates because the current rating system only allows so many people to be rated in each category. So it forces some to be rated less
