Good profit sharing and 401k match. Health insurance is just "okay". Not the best.
There is a large gap between departments. A small firm and there are so many people who have never met.
Partners (leaders) should be setting a better, more positive example for staff. There are too many people who don't even respond when you say "hello". It's just common courtesy. Too many of the "big wigs" think they are better than everyone. If that attitude went away, it would be a better firm
