What are some of the best things about your team?

Very nice people and environment.

Enjoyed working with all members of the teams I served as they were smart and creative, and able to ask for help when necessary as well as offer help to others on free time.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Encourage collaboration and make it easier for cross-office projects to happen

Addressed before in the previous question, an improvement in human relations.

There is a large gap between departments. A small firm and there are so many people who have never met.

Some teams are very uppity.
