What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good friendly people and leadership

Leadership is amazing really good excellent
They allow for Independent work
Those that led the departments I was in serving, which varied as I was able to float in the last 10 years of my 20 year employment as a Legal Secretary were all competent and rarely interfered in the individuals carrying out their tasks with unnecessary supervision.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
a lot of things, the environment needs a massive improvement in human relations.
