Good friendly people and leadership
Those that led the departments I was in serving, which varied as I was able to float in the last 10 years of my 20 year employment as a Legal Secretary were all competent and rarely interfered in the individuals carrying out their tasks with unnecessary supervision.

There is a large gap between departments. A small firm and there are so many people who have never met.

Challenges, diversity, opps to be creative in developing systems that combine 2 or more tasks for entire team needs.
There needs to be an improvement on Human relations.
Partners (leaders) should be setting a better, more positive example for staff. There are too many people who don't even respond when you say "hello". It's just common courtesy. Too many of the "big wigs" think they are better than everyone. If that attitude went away, it would be a better firm
Better morale and employee confidence needed.
