Honesty
Compared to the rest of the industry I feel our pay scale is lacking
Grest compant, great pay, no complaints
Very poor leadership in the CO2 segment, incredibly high expectations for support staff, little recognition or reward for efforts, little to no upward mobility, heavily siloed organization, a blaming culture, egos that hinder communication, back stabbing and scheming are the norm.
This company puts their bottom line first. The moral is low and turnover is often. management has little concern for personnel under them.
