All Benefits start immediately. 2 separate retirement packages, stock options and insurance prices are fair considering Kinder Morgan pays most of my policies.

I work too hard to make others look good. I prepare everything in a nice package for management, management does not review they read my package like a script to highest management. Someone smarter in top management will call it out as wrong, I will get yelled at for mistake, work tireless to solve.

One of the best teams i have ever worked
Nice people, but their knowlwdge is questionable.
Majority of the work force buy in and invest in the culture.
It is mostly a team of women.
Company culture is to blame, say this is not my problem, and avoid helping each other out. People who are notorious to be difficult wear it like a badge of honor.

All top management needs to go. They've created a monstrous culture of in fighting, overly high expectations, and negative attitudes. Every meeting is a competition for who is the smartest, and there seems to be joy in humiliating someone publicly.

The interview process consisted of multiple individual interviews both over the phone and in person. This allows you to meet more potential coworkers and get a better feel for the company culture

Top management needs to change or go, the culture of this organization is toxic and it rest solely on them. It's too stressful to have everyday be one where you might get blasted on a e-mail with the organization cced, or filleted in a meeting in front of your peers.
