What can this brand most improve?

The person who installed my LeafFilter system was jerking/pulling & tugging on the old hangers and in doing so, pulled the facia loose from the garage causing the entire gutter to fall to the ground. I've not been able to get anybody to fix the situation. They were once again a no show today.
