The CEO of Leanplum, Momchil, leads the company exceptionally well. His focus is building the right team and the right culture. He is very approachable and keeps things transparent. His business instinct is very well developed.

Great work-life balance in all offices (SF, NYC, Sofia), unlimited vacation and flexible hours helps! Working from home occasionally helps too!
