What are some of the best things about your team?One of the best things about our team is the diversity of thoughts and perspectives everyone brings to the table. We have a culture of collaboration and mutual respect, which fosters innovative thinking and problem-solving.

What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited vacation days, flexible hours, wonderful colleagues, exciting and hard problems being solved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treat people with kindness not like management is a robot
What needs to change to make the company culture better?There's a need to improve the management style, particularly from the CFO, whose combative approach has led to high turnover rates. A shift toward a more collaborative and respectful leadership style would foster a healthier, more positive environment.
