What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very technical and with very good business intuition, they put culture and employee happiness first.
Leadership has a strong vision for the company and the teams. They trust their teams to do what they need to to make the company successful.
Momchil is a great CEO who has a great vision for the Mobile Marketing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people with kindness not like management is a robot
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation days, flexible hours, wonderful colleagues, exciting and hard problems being solved.
Everything from phone and gym reimbursement, to unlimited vacation and flexibility to work from home. Great medical, dental and vision plan.
I am compensated above market and have a clear quota to hit.

What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about our team is the diversity of thoughts and perspectives everyone brings to the table. We have a culture of collaboration and mutual respect, which fosters innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Very friendly, very diverse, very accepting and welcoming, from day1. And everyone is both smart and helpful.
I love everyone I work with. They are not just great people, but are smart and willing to help when needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How friendly, accepting, open and helpful people are.
Everything from the peer bonus program to the bi-yearly company retreats. We have a great culture and are always looking for to improve it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's a need to improve the management style, particularly from the CFO, whose combative approach has led to high turnover rates. A shift toward a more collaborative and respectful leadership style would foster a healthier, more positive environment.
