What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How friendly, accepting, open and helpful people are.

Everything from the peer bonus program to the bi-yearly company retreats. We have a great culture and are always looking for to improve it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There's a need to improve the management style, particularly from the CFO, whose combative approach has led to high turnover rates. A shift toward a more collaborative and respectful leadership style would foster a healthier, more positive environment.
