The leadership all took an interest in getting to know me, all the way up to Dennis, our CEO. The hiring process has proven to be very effective, given the amazing culture we have.

We are all remote, but yet we find ways to build and strengthen relationships in fun ways. Whether it's fun virtual competitions, an employee spotlight (showcasing an employee personally), or "donut sessions" to just chat with someone else and get to know them, we find ways to grow together.

The flexibility of working remote. I'm able to see my son throughout the day and I'm not handcuffed to strict working hours. I also love seeing some of the impact our products and services are having on companies. It's fulfilling when we're solving problems or saving them money, impacting their jobs

I have never worked somewhere that feels so inclusive in all aspects. From day one: training, culture, comfort and so many other aspects. Everyone truly believes in our solution and wants everyone to succeed individually so that we can succeed together

Some people might not like it because it's a start-up. There aren't a lot of formalized SOPs etc. Everyone here is a team player and the work is very collaborative despite being remote. Questions and suggestions are always welcomed and management is always as transparent as possible.
