I truly loved working for Lockheed Martin. They are honest, hardworking and provide real training for workers. I am not sure I would want any change. Other stuff are not critical.

Get rid of high-deductible health plans. Raises don't keep up with the cost of living...fix that. Offer relocation packages that include home-buying assistance; the current real estate market is outrageous.
